Welcome to Adoneed. ADoNeed is not a party to any rental agreement and does not itself offer any rental services. The site is an online marketplace only, designed for the unique purpose of putting people who want to rent things in touch with people who have things to share/rent. We never intervene in the transaction between the Renter and the Owner. ADoNeed cannot thus be considered part of the Rental Agreement between members of the Site. The Terms of Use have to be considered jointly with our Privacy Policy and our Pricing Policy. ADoNeed provides a collection of online services to individuals and commercial section to either share, rent or post a rental listing and other contents subjected to the following Terms of Use. By accessing ADoNeed you consent to the following terms  and abide any applicable guideline offered for all ADoNeed services.

Using ADoNeed

Your post will be in the appropriate category or area and will not include any of the following misbehaviors:

1. Be false or misleading;
2. Violate any laws;
3. Violate any third-party right;
4. Distribute or contain spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, viruses or any other technologies that may harm ADoNeed or the interests or property of ADoNeed’s users;
5. Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of the ADoNeed;
6. No foul or otherwise inappropriate language will be tolerated. Ads in violation of this rule are subject to being removed immediately and without warning. If it was a paid ad, no refund will be issues.
7. No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated.
8. No ad promoting activities that are illegal under the current laws of this state or country.
9. Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access ADoNeed and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission;
10. Any ad that appears to be merely a test posting, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal.
11. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
12. Copy, modify, or distribute any other person’s postings;
13. Attempts to hack or bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to ADoNeed.

The Owner must have either own the Item, or be lawfully allowed to rent the Item which he or she lists for rent.

We reserve the right to modify any ads in violation of our guidelines order to prevent abuse and keep the content appropriate for our general audience. This includes people of all ages, races, religions, and nationalities. Therefore, all ads that are in violation of our guidelines are subject to being removed immediately and without prior notice.

User agree that he will be solely responsible for the content of any rental listing that he/she post on ADoNeed. User will not hold ADoNeed responsible for any losses or damages to him/herself, to others or rented  items that may result directly or indirectly from any listing in ADoNeed.

Liability

 You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do. As all the stuff offered on ADoNeed comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what is offered. We also cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of quality, rent-ability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute. We are not liable for any loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of ADoNeed or damages caused by renter to your shared or rental listing.

For the users convenience, ADoNeed has posted a sample optional Rental Agreement Template (“Template”). This Template includes information about the transaction such as name and contact information of both parties , the security deposit terms, the length of rental, the price of the rental as well as all other information often included in rental agreements. This template is provided by ADoNeed as an option only, to be modified and added to by the Parties as needed. You consent that ADoNeed is not responsible for any claims related to use of the Template. You acknowledge that the Template is only a “starting point,” and that it is your sole responsibility to prepare an enforceable Rental Agreement. Therefore, ADoNeed recommends that you consult a professional advice when preparing a Rental Agreement suitable for your needs.

Personal Information

 By using ADoNeed, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by ADoNeed as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

ADoNeed cannot be aware of all the content published on the site in all the sharing or rental listings or in the comments. However, ADoNeed commits to remove as quickly as possible any copyright protected material once notified.

We may update this agreement at any time, with updates taking effect when you next use the site or after 30 days, whichever is sooner.
